Our Diamond Sourcing Process
Tier 1- Source my own.
Diamonds can be purchased on your own through purchasing our Diamond buying guide and exclusive access to wholesale diamonds. With the purchase of the diamond buying guide you will receive access to the wholesale hub under "Buy My Own Diamond". Here you will find the lowest prices on the market for diamonds and also a basic guide on how to find the right stone for you.
Tier 2 - How does this look?
You can pay a one time fee of $50 USD and submit up to 10 IGI numbers for MPW Sourcing to review and offer feedback on. For a one IGI number the fee is $15 USD.
Tier 3 - I trust you.
If you don't know where to start but don't want to pick the diamond yourself, we are here to help for a flat rate fee. Under the purchasing option of "I Trust you" there is a tiered system of carat weights along with a flat rate cost. We will find the diamond for you, quality control it, and ship it to your location of choice.
Tier 4 - Source my Diamond
This is our traditional sourcing process that involves a $350 flat rate fee. You can find more information on our sourcing process below:
Currently at MPW Sourcing we work through email inquiry. We find this is the easiest way to supply options to our customers and ensure seamless transparent transactions.
Once we receive an email with details of your preferred sourced diamond, we send back 2-4 options for you to choose from. These options have specifications, videos, and price breakdown for your review. Once you have chosen the stone for you, we place a 24 hour hold on the stone and send an invoice for payment. All payments are due upfront and processed through Stripe Secured Payment Processor. Once the stone has been paid for through the invoice, we order the stone for shipment to MPW Sourcing. We can not guarantee stones past the 24 hours if payment has not been received. Due to high volume of inquiries, MPW Sourcing requires the down payment of the sourcing fee after 6 options are pulled for a client.
MPW Sourcing receives every stone first for quality control. We submit photos of the stone, the IGI or GIA numbers under microscope, and the IGI report pdf to the customer prior to FedEx Express insured Adult signature shipping. All stones come in MPW Sourcing packaging, with a signed verified card, and all relative paperwork from IGI and GIA.
We ask that you allow 2-4 weeks for your stone to arrive to you. All stones are double verified and quality controlled. Once by our independent supplier and then by MPW Sourcing.
