Our Diamond Sourcing Process

This is our traditional sourcing process that involves a $350 flat rate fee. You can find more information on our sourcing process below:
Currently at MPW Sourcing we work through email inquiry. We find this is the easiest way to supply options to our customers and ensure seamless transparent transactions.
Once we receive an email with details of your preferred sourced diamond, we send back 2-4 options for you to choose from. These options have specifications, videos, and price breakdown for your review. Once you have chosen the stone for you, we place a 24 hour hold on the stone and send an invoice for payment. All payments are due upfront and processed through Stripe Secured Payment Processor. Once the stone has been paid for through the invoice, we order the stone for shipment to MPW Sourcing. We can not guarantee stones past the 24 hours if payment has not been received. Due to high volume of inquiries, MPW Sourcing requires the down payment of the sourcing fee after 6 options are pulled for a client.
MPW Sourcing receives every stone first for quality control. We submit photos of the stone, video and the IGI report pdf to the customer prior to FedEx Express insured Adult signature shipping. We require client confirmation prior to shipping out or setting stones. All stones come in MPW Sourcing packaging, with a signed verified card, and all relative paperwork from IGI and GIA.
We ask that you allow 2-4 weeks for your stone to arrive to you. All stones are double verified and quality controlled. Once by our independent supplier and then by MPW Sourcing.
Can I set my stone with you?
Absolutely! We are able to set your stone in any custom setting. This process does take longer compared to simple diamond sourcing due to the detail/change in CAD design prior to casting. We also hand set every stone in Charlotte, NC at our bench jeweler.
Designs are made and a CAD file is created (2D) - the purchase of your stone acts as a down payment for the setting. We cast each setting to the specific stone dimensions and 3D scan. Once the setting and CAD file are confirmed (after any changes you want are made) we will cast the setting. The setting then comes to MPW Sourcing for confirmation and quality inspection then taken to our bench jeweler for a final quality control and setting of your stones. This process takes 4-6 weeks and ships from Charlotte, NC.
