At MPW Sourcing, we are committed to providing a seamless and transparent diamond-buying experience. Our return and refund policy is designed to protect both our clients and our business while ensuring clarity in every transaction.

Sourcing Fee Refund Policy

The sourcing fee will be required after 6 options are pulled for a client and is non-refundable for services rendered. Once the fee is paid, and a stone is agree upon for purchase, only the remaining cost of the diamond will be left for payment.

Diamond Purchase - No Refund Policy

Once a diamond has been selected, purchased, and shipped to the customer, all sales are final. Due to the nature of our sourcing process and the high value of diamonds, no full refunds will be accepted. This includes the confirmation of photo and video by the customer and shipping to the final destination. If a customer chooses to return the diamond after receiving a refund less the sourcing fee or a credit toward a new stone will be provided. With this option a restocking fee of $45.00 USD will be applied. Shipping is the customers responsibility.

Diamonds that are purchased under the “In Stock” category are eligible for return. Disputes and returns must be made within 5 business days of receiving the diamond.

If a sourced diamond does not meet quality expectations of MPW Sourcing during quality control or the customer, the diamond will not ship out to its final destination. A full refund or a new diamond will replace the existing order depending on customer preference. Credits or additional charges will apply for exchanges due to customer preference.

Small Batch Jewelry Return Policy

All small batch jewelry pieces that are made to order are final sale. Items that are deemed "in stock" or "ready to ship" are returnable and refundable. Disputes and returns must be made within 5 business days of receiving the product.

Jeweler Collaboration & Liability Disclaimer

MPW Sourcing will coordinate with a jeweler of the client’s choice and ship the diamond directly to them. MPW Sourcing assumes no liability for the jeweler’s workmanship, handling, or any issues related to the setting process. Once the diamond has been delivered to the jeweler, MPW’s responsibility for the item ends.

Confidentiality of IGI PIN Numbers & Certification Details

To prevent unauthorized use or replication, IGI PIN numbers and detailed certification documents will only be disclosed per request.

Shipping & Inspection Policy

All diamonds are inspected at the MPW Sourcing office before shipment to ensure quality and accuracy. MPW Sourcing utilizes FedEx for all shipments.
